HOW TO USE

Apply a thin coat along the root of clean, dry lashes  two times per day for 6 weeks then once daily, similar to applying liquid eyeliner. Allow approximately 60 seconds to dry before applying eye makeup.

For brows, apply a thin layer to the desired area once daily.
